INSIDE THE COTTAGE

Our gite is all on one level other than the mezzanine.

The entrance door opens into the beautiful, large, well equipped kitchen with a feature island/breakfast bar with 4 stools, range cooker with 5 ring gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel fridge freezer, washing machine and an original fireplace.

From the kitchen through an archway is the living room with double windows looking out onto the courtyard and field for stunning evening sunsets. There is a TV with English and french channels and DVD, 2 sofas and a wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings.

Also accessed from the kitchen is the dining room with a large dining table seating 6, understairs cupboard and staircase to the mezzanine area.

MEZZANINE

The mezzanine overlooks the courtyard with TV and DVD, sofa bed, books, jigsaws and games for a relaxing time.

BEDROOM 1

Lovely comfortable super king size bed and a large wardrobe.

BEDROOM 2

Double bed, dressing table and large wardrobe.

BATHROOM

Beautifully fitted bathroom with bath, large walk in shower, his and hers double sink unit with double mirror.

OUTSIDE

There is a lovely courtyard with seating for that all important morning coffee and croissants, under the linden trees is also a seating area for a spot of lunch away from the midday sun, a game of Petanque or maybe a BBQ in the evening.
